We want Splat Macumba to be a two-way conduit of information. We’re not experts, we’re just people who love music and who want to tell the world about it. So, if you want to contribute we’d love to have you. (Mostly we just want to learn about some new music.)
What you need to do:
Step one: Love music. A lot.
Step two: Get a wordpress account.
Step three: Email us at splatmacumba@yahoo.com. Subject line: “I know splat!” And just tell us something that let’s us know you’re a real person with a real love of music. We’re not looking for the best writers or people with special tastes in music. Just people who think that writing and reading posts about music is a fun way to spend time.
Step four: We’ll set you up as a contributor and you’ll be all set to write about whatever you want, whenever you want. Seriously.
If you couldn’t tell, this is a pretty lose venture. There’s no money or any of that stuff. So, only do this if you think it would be fun.
